본 약관은 QR Maker 앱(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.

1. 서비스 개요

QR Maker 는 사용자가 스마트폰 앱 딥링크 및 기타 정보를 QR 코드·NFC 태그로 저장·공유·스캔할 수 있는 유틸리티 앱입니다.

2. 계정 및 이용

  1. 본 앱의 주요 기능은 로그인 없이 사용 가능합니다.
  2. 클라우드 백업 등 일부 기능은 이메일/Google 계정 로그인이 필요합니다.
  3. 사용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.

3. 금지 행위

사용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않습니다:

  1. 불법·유해·악성 콘텐츠를 QR/NFC 태그로 생성 또는 배포하는 행위
  2. 타인의 지적재산권·초상권·개인정보를 침해하는 콘텐츠 생성
  3. 본 앱을 역공학·개조·분해하거나 무단 상용 이용하는 행위
  4. 본 앱의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위

4. 책임 제한

  1. 사용자가 생성·스캔한 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 본 앱은 사용자 간 분쟁, 제3자 제공 딥링크·URL 의 안전성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  3. 본 앱은 사용자 데이터 백업을 best-effort 로 제공하되, 데이터 손실에 대한 법적 책임은 지지 않습니다.

5. 서비스 변경·중단

  1. 본 앱은 기능 개선·정책 변경·기술적 사유로 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
  2. 중대한 변경 시 앱 업데이트 또는 공지로 사전 안내합니다.

6. 약관 변경

  1. 본 약관은 관련 법령 및 정책 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다.
  2. 개정 시 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지 게시로 고지합니다.

7. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

  1. 본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
  2. 서비스 이용 관련 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the QR Maker application ("the App").

1. Service Overview

QR Maker is a utility app that lets users save and share app deep-links and other information as QR codes or NFC tags, and scan QR codes.

2. Account and Usage

  1. Most features of the App are available without an account.
  2. Cloud backup and related features require sign-in (Email / Google).
  3. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  1. Create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or malicious content via QR/NFC tags.
  2. Create content that infringes third parties' intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy.
  3. Reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially redistribute the App without authorization.
  4. Interfere with the normal operation of the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. Users are responsible for content they create or scan.
  2. The App is not responsible for disputes between users or for the safety of third-party deep-links or URLs.
  3. The App provides backup on a best-effort basis. We are not legally liable for data loss.

5. Changes to the Service

  1. The App may modify features for improvement, policy, or technical reasons.
